My name is Chris Huff. My dad was a Marine, so I was born in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. My parents moved back to their home in Oldham County, KY which is where I grew up. I loved being active and involved in traveling, camping, hiking, biking, caring for animals, horseback riding, and playing ball. Actually, I still love and do nearly all those things today.
My husband of 34 years was in the military, which allowed us to visit and live in different parts of the United States and Europe. We have 3 grown children, 3 dogs, and a cat.
This is my 22nd year of teaching in public school. I taught 1st grade before I came to WPG but moved out of the classroom to teach PE and reading when Wyan Pine opened in 2007.
I love working here with a strong dedicated group of educators. I also love coaching the Comets in basketball and archery GO COMETS!!
