Officers from SLHS FFA Chapter assisted in the January meeting of SLMS’ agriculture club. The students used various snacks to build a model of a soil profile, in order to learn about different layers of soil present in an ecosystem. Attending with the FFA members was agriculture teacher and co-advisor Ashley Adkins.
