School athletics are in full swing this fall across the Commonwealth, and thanks to the generous donation from the Weddle family, all Laurel County students can attend home athletic events free of charge this year. This philanthropic gesture, amounting to $60,000, from London Mayor Randall Weddle and his wife, Victoria, reflects their continued commitment to our students and their families. The support from the Weddle family will enable students to continue honoring the proud athletic history of their schools and watch as new legacies are made by their school team or individual athletes.
