Laurel County Schools Center for Innovation (CFI) students achieved honors at the Technology Students Association State Conference. The competition was intense, with over 6,000 members participating, but Landon Bruner, Camden Fields, and Tyler Bray earned 1st place in System Control Technology.
During the competition, students were required to design, build, and code a conveyor system. They had to sort four different objects into separate bins within three hours, making it a challenging task. Competitors received the prompt on the spot without any prior preparation.
Great job, CFI TSA team and advisors Chandra Lawson and Samantha Bryant!
